"Telvent DTN Agriculture is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of information, software tools, and solutions to the Agriculture and broader Commodity Trading market segments. With a high concentration of our business in the USA, we were looking for a highly value added partner to help us cost effectively expand our Commodity Trading business internationally.
We selected Simon Haslam, President and CEO of Blue Ocean Trading Services, to be that partner. We are very pleased with the partnership to date for several reasons. In just two short years, the results have been spectacular with over 200 system sales in 27 countries on 5 continents, and now with sales and service resources in France, Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia and Ukraine, Singapore, Brazil and Australia, the pace of expansion is expected to further accelerate.
