If you are experiencing problems with your excel add_in please check "Disabled Excel Add In"
Often when users experience Excel issues it is because their add-in has become disabled. To check you will want to look at the following folder path:
File>Options>Add-ins>Excel Add-ins Drawdown Menu>Disabled Items
If Barchart's add-in appears in the folder, enabling and restarting Excel should resolve the issue.
See screenshots for reference.
Usually when we see this #NAME issue and the addin is enabled, it's a conflicting addin in that is usually the culprit (such as Solver, Analysis Pack, or other real time data addins).
Deselecting the currently enabled add-ins/com-ins except cmdtyView's addins then restarting Excel should resolve the issue. If you go to the Excel Options> Addins> Manage: Excel Addins> Go section can you please try turning off any other addins and ensuring only Barchart's addins are enabled? Do the same for the Excel Options> Addins> Manage: COM Addins> Go section and then restart Excel: If it's working after doing so, another addin is preventing Barchart's addins from processing the incoming data and will want to disable that addin when using Barchart's Excel addins.

Blue Ocean weather is an online, global weather data mapping / visualization application that offers some unique features that no other current weather mapping system provides. Please watch this video for a brief introduction/demonstration of Blue Ocean Weather
Four main reasons to use Blue Ocean Weather Mapping :
. Receive up to 10 maps daily by email based on your requests
. Worldwide coverage via weather stations or Satellite
. Cross boarder maps and crop area's within a country or continent
. Forecast Comparison Tools going back 60 days and forward 15
The total amount (sum) of precipitation over a user selected time period compared with the same time period of the 10 year rolling average for precipitation, in millimeters (mm) or inches (“). Example: For a 2 week period, a weather station recorded 80mm of precipitation. For the same time period, the 10 year rolling average for the same time period is 100mm. The recorded precipitation compared with the rolling average precipitation is -20mm. 80-100=-20.
The average temperature over a user selected time period, compared with average temperature of the same time period for the 10 year rolling average, in degrees Celsius (C) or Fahrenheit (f). Example:
For a 2 week period, a weather station recorded an average temperature of 15 degrees (C). For the same 2 week period, the 10 year rolling average was 18 degrees (C), the average temperature departure is -3 degrees
15-18 = -3
Growing degrees days (GDD) is defined as the sum of the number of average temperature degrees above a certain threshold base temperature and below a maximum threshold temperature, for a user designated time period.
o Corn/Soy
Thresholds: 10 and 30 degrees (C)
Example: a 5 day period has the average temperatures of: 7, 15, 16, 25 and 32
Corn/Soy GDDs for each day are: 0, 5, 6, 25, and 30 = 66 Corn/Soy GDD (in degrees (C))
Day 1 (7 degrees (C)) is below the 10 degree threshold therefore 0.
Day 5 is above the 30 degree threshold, therefore becomes a maximum value of 30
o Wheat Thresholds: 5 and 30 degrees (C)
Example: Wheat GDDs for each day are: 2, 10, 11, 20, and 30 = 73 Wheat GDD (in degrees (C)) o Cotton Thresholds: 15 and 38 degrees (C) Example: Cotton GDDs for each day are: 0, 0, 1, 10, and 32 = 43 Cotton GDD (in degrees (C))
